She is a qualified teacher from a family of both teachers and medical professionals, and that history is felt throughout every course, every clinic, and every practitioner she trains. With extensive experience spanning healthcare, business, aesthetics, and professional education, Anna has led multiple clinics and training companies with a philosophy that places patient safety and clinical integrity above all else. A specialist in Aesthetic Medicine with over a decade of active clinical practice spanning dentistry, oral surgery, and head and neck treatments. Holding a Master’s in Aesthetic Medicine with honours from Queen Mary University, she combines exceptional academic grounding with real-world expertise that only comes from remaining in weekly clinical practice. Dr Verma teaches at professorial level and provides private mentoring to practitioners across the industry. Her passion for advanced injectable techniques is matched only by her commitment to shaping safe, confident and highly skilled aesthetic practitioners.

Rachel holds a BSc in Clinical Nursing and an MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice awarded with Merit, bringing over 18 years of nursing experience including advanced NHS practice. She runs her own aesthetic clinic alongside her role at Skin Within Academy, meaning everything she teaches is grounded in current, real-world clinical practice. Her depth of clinical knowledge and dedication to developing confident, competent practitioners is evident from the moment training begins. Learning Outcomes
Explain botulinum toxin pharmacology, serotypes, the BoNTA complex and product range, and correctly reconstitute, dilute, store and manage wastage
Identify contraindications, apply the Glogau classification and assess patients to inform selection and treatment planning
Apply facial anatomy and safe injection technique, including positioning, marking, depth, angle and pre and post treatment protocols
Treat glabellar lines, crow's feet and forehead lines, selecting sites, dosing and follow-up based on anatomy
Recognise and manage complications including haematoma, oedema, headache and ptosis (eyelid, brow, cheek) and diplopia
Apply knowledge of HA filler properties and rheology to select appropriate products
