3. Course Bookings & Payments

When you book a course or programme through this website:

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by us
Full payment or a deposit (as stated at time of booking) is required to secure your place
Prices are stated exclusive of VAT unless otherwise indicated. VAT will be added at the applicable rate at checkout
We reserve the right to change course prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed bookings

Cancellation by you: If you wish to cancel a booking, you must notify us in writing at enquiries@skinwithinacademy.co.uk. Cancellations made more than 28 days before the course start date will receive a full refund minus any administration fee. Cancellations made within 28 days are non-refundable, but you may transfer your place to a future date subject to availability and an administration fee.

Cancellation by us: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to insufficient enrolment, tutor unavailability, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

4. Eligibility for Training

Skin Within Academy courses are designed exclusively for registered medical professionals. To enrol, you must hold a current, valid registration with one of the following regulatory bodies:

General Medical Council (GMC)
General Dental Council (GDC)
Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)

By booking a course, you confirm that you hold a valid registration and that your registration is not subject to any conditions, restrictions or investigations that would prevent you from practising. We reserve the right to request evidence of registration and to cancel a booking if eligibility cannot be confirmed.
